Job Opportunity: Construction Manager

RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable civil engineering consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the execution of a significant project in KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and site supervision, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing civil engineering services and roads projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure project delivery within the specified timeframe and budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project progress.
