Tyre Sales Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Tyre Sales Development Officer to join our team at West Coast Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales through cold calling and promoting the sale of Truck Tyres.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to adapt to changing situations. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new customers, providing them with expert advice on which products can help them achieve their goals, and presenting these products in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue New Business Opportunities:
- Identify and pursue new customers who require high-quality Truck Tyres.
- Maintain and Develop Customer Relationships:
- Bid on opportunities that align with the customer's needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and objectives.
- Present tailored solutions to meet each customer's specific requirements.
- Analyse customer feedback and continually improve product offerings.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be a strategic thinker, and have the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you should be results-driven, resilient, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. A strong understanding of the tyre industry and its trends would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
