Job Title: Customer Service Consultant

At CallForce, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing key stakeholders through various communication channels to resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and queries
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance metrics related to customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center environment in customer service or sales
  • Matric certification
  • Basic MS Office skills and computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
