Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Deal Originator to join our team at TalentCru. This role is responsible for evaluating and presenting applications for funding and structuring deals that contribute towards business unit objectives and industry development goals.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in deal assessment and closing transactions, as well as leading due diligence teams on high-value and complex deals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the provision of client service excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and present applications for funding and structure deals that align with business objectives and industry goals.
- Lead due diligence teams on high-value and complex transactions, ensuring risk identification and mitigation.
- Develop and implement strategies or action plans to drive business unit strategic objectives.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and excellent service delivery.
- Prepare well-written reports for presentation to relevant committees and stakeholders.
- Conduct peer reviews on due diligence disciplines and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of related experience, with 8 years in deal assessment and closing transactions.
