Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Abantu Staffing Solutions. This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the delivery of high-quality facilities services and ensure seamless operations within our healthcare clients' environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • External Service Provider Management:
    • IDentify and manage external service providers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
    • Develop and implement SLAs with service providers, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations
    • Maintain productive relationships with service providers through regular communication and feedback
  • Quality Systems Management:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction surveys are conducted regularly to identify areas for improvement
    • Drive compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations among external stakeholders
    • Identify and address alert and incident trends to minimize disruptions
    • Prioritize audits, walkabouts, and checks to ensure facility readiness and maintain ISO certifications
  • Financial Management:
    • Contribute to budgeting processes and track performance against financial targets
    • Develop and implement Capex plans in collaboration with hospital management
    • Analyze benchmark reports to optimize outsourced services cost and quality metrics
    • Oversee accurate and timely invoice processing from external suppliers
  • People Management:
    • Demonstrate leadership in upholding company values and operating model
    • Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop staff according to company policies and practices
  • Facilities Management:
    • Ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained at all times
    • Participate in building handover projects to secure additional soft services where necessary

Requirements:

  • A Degree or National Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing outsourced/insourced soft services and integrated facilities management
  • Experience in contract management, health and safety regulations, and report writing
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage large teams, and strong communication skills

Competitive Salary:

Roughly R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
