About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for converting showroom visitors into sales through product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and facilitating order captures, documentation, and administration. You will need to understand customers' immediate needs and have clear direction on product pricing and offers to effectively sell features and benefits. You will also provide customer query resolution, capture customer payments, and handle refunds/credits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer interaction through a positive sales and service experience
  • Manage the customer journey, including account opening and order processing
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and pricing management
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Adhere to quality standards
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks
  • Conduct WFS feedback and stock management
  • Support administration and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Grade 12/Matric (Minimum Required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in the homewares retail industry is advantageous
