Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Service Delivery:
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to regional security teams, ensuring seamless execution of security services across all client sites.
    • Develop and implement tailored security strategies that meet the unique needs of each client, resulting in enhanced risk mitigation and reduced threats.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management:
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, developing effective mitigation plans to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Implement robust incident response plans to quickly address and resolve security incidents, minimizing downtime and protecting company reputation.
  • Talent Development:
    • Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team of security professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices across the region.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage regional budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of financial resources to achieve business objectives.
    • Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior security management roles, with a proven track record of success in managing high-profile clients and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Skillset:
    • Proven expertise in security risk management, threat assessment, and mitigation.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop informed solutions.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Qualifications:
    • PSIRA certification Grade A.
    • Firearm competency and a valid regulation 21 certificate (an advantage).
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
