Aerospace Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as an Aerospace Customer Experience Representative.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time, permanent position based in Northern Cape, South Africa, with the option to work remotely from home.
- You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to passengers of a prestigious airline brand.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You will also require a flexible approach to working hours, including rotational shifts on Mondays to Sundays, including public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English.
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Italian.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels.
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Italian language (verbal and written).
- Lives in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost.
- UPS solution required during load shedding.
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- Probation period: 4 months.
