At The Legends Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Technical/Operations Director to drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of our SaaS platform.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, to lead and elevate our SaaS operations to new heights.

Job Description

  • Technical Strategy: Define and execute the technical strategy for our SaaS platform, ensuring scalability and innovation to meet business goals.
  • Platform Development: Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the SaaS platform, guaranteeing best-in-class performance and reliability.
  • Process Optimization: Implement and refine processes for product delivery, client onboarding, and system maintenance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Performance Analysis: Leverage analytics and reporting to optimize platform performance and operational efficiency.
  • Business Alignment: Work closely with leadership, sales, and client success teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience as a technical or operations leader in a SaaS environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and platform management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
  • Team Management: Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and support staff.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., churn rate, LTV, CAC) and operational KPIs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
