The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer orders for accuracy and making corrections where necessary before orders are transferred or closed. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to customer orders and billing.
Key Responsibilities:- Review customer orders for accuracy and make corrections as needed
- Take ownership of customer order and billing issues, escalating them to management as required
- Work closely with the creditors department to resolve queries and ensure correct payments are allocated on the debtors side
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creditors and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLookups
Working in an ISP environment is an advantage.
