We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join Sentinel Staffing Services as our Regional Sales Growth Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the electronic/electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Research and profile potential new business prospects, leveraging industry connections and networks to drive growth
  • Collaborate with the business development team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure timely delivery of value-added services to clients, streamlining processes to meet their evolving needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the electronic/electrical industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within Sentinel Staffing Services.
