Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange meetings and appointments for the CEO and COO, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Take accurate and detailed notes during meetings, summarizing key points and action items.
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO and COO, responding to emails and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for other duties and projects as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
