About the Role



As a Strategic Sales Expert at CTU Career Chatz, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting for new sales opportunities. This exciting position requires strong negotiation and persuasion skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify new sales opportunities

• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform sales strategies and approaches

• Present products and services to customers in a structured and professional manner

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, with a proven ability to achieve sales quotas

• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Relationships

This role will be supported by the National Business Development Manager, who will provide ongoing guidance and supervision. The Training and Marketing Coordinator will also provide primary support, while the Career Marketing Director and Corporate Sales Director will offer secondary support. External support will be provided by The Agency, our social media marketing administration team.
