Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Lead Energy Solutions

 

About the Role:

Engineered Sourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our energy solutions team. As a key member of our commercial division, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and negotiations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Built strong relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key partners and customers, leveraging your expertise in complex sales processes and consultative sales approaches.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and technological advancements in distributed solar leasing and energy efficiency systems.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts by mapping business strengths and customer needs.

 

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in closing complex deals and managing complex sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiating and closing deals involving significant financial and risk management aspects.
  • At least 2 years of experience within the solar/Infrastructure/EPC or renewables industry.
  • Experience working in a multinational, multi-segment environment with matrix reporting structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial, Economics, or Marketing.

 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
