Qualification and Experience:

• A Grade 12 qualification is required for this position.

• Candidates must have at least 1.5 years of experience in a Sales Outbound Call Centre or 2 years of face-to-face sales experience with targets attached.

• Experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous, as is a passing RE Exam and 30 FAIS Credits in Short-term Insurance.

Knowledge and Skills:

• A good understanding of Financial Services Industry-related legislation and regulation is necessary for this role.

• Candidates must have a solid grasp of sales processes and servicing industry knowledge.

• Fluency in English and one other South African official language is required, as is a clear criminal and credit record.

• Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper qualification requirements is essential.

• Willingness to work overtime is also required.
