Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at W&RSETA.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in delivering projects that drive business growth and success. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project milestones;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Coordinate and plan project activities, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes;

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A National Diploma in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field;
  • 5 years of experience in a project management environment, preferably in the SETA sector;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques;
