Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum



About the Role:



This is an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed client as a Construction Estimation Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert estimating services to support project delivery and growth.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for construction projects
  • Analyze technical specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project costings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


Requirements:



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in estimating in machining and fabrication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Projects
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and project management skills
  • Techncial background and hands-on experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in procurement will be an advantage
