Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the Mediclinic Welkom team, the Enrolled Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients. This will involve working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and safe care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care in a patient-centered environment

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure patient safety

Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions

Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence

Required Education and Experience

Essential Education: Enrolled Nurse Certificate

Desired Education: CPD courses in specific speciality area

Essential Minimum Experience: None

Desired Experience: 1 year post qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit

  • Basic life support trained
