Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst and Project Coordinator to join our team at WENZ. As a key member of our Business Solutions Team, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and implementation of business systems upgrades and new product projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis and definition of business cases for system upgrades and new product projects.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our unit trust and LISP administration products, legislative reporting, and operational processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis, document processes, and perform gap analysis between existing and new functionality.
  • Define detailed requirements for system implementation resulting from gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with other business analysts and report directly to the Business Solutions Manager.
Essential Experience:
  • At least 8 years of direct experience in unit trust and LISP administration, including in-depth knowledge of products, legislative reporting, and operational processes.
  • Very good understanding of end-to-end administration processes and systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior BA role with proven experience in business case definition, process, and requirement analysis on medium to large projects.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
