Lead Data Analytics Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Director to join our team at Rand Mutual Admin Services. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of advanced analytics, data warehousing, business intelligence, and data governance strategies.

**Job Responsibilities:**
• Develop and lead a cutting-edge business intelligence and analytical function to support decision making and strategy formulation.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and act as an analytical powerhouse for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data strategies that meet the needs of the organization.
• Oversee the administration and management of all enterprise data, ensuring compliance, security, and confidentiality.
• Establish and maintain policies to manage enterprise data, including data governance, security, and compliance.
• Coordinate data integration projects from design to production implementation, managing technical aspects of API and ESB development/architecture.
• Manage mission-critical services and batch integrations, developing new services as needed.

**Requirements:**
• Honours degree in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, or IT Business Management Degree (e.g. MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years managerial experience, with at least 5 years in strategic analysis and business insights.
• Experience implementing data governance, data warehousing, advanced analytics, and system integration services.
• Thorough understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, advance analytics, data lakes, business intelligence, and data reporting services and systems.
• Complex system integration experience and knowledge of business strategy formulation advantageous.
