Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving financial success and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans to ensure strategic alignment and fiscal responsibility.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, reports, and schedules in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversight of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Supervise and mentor the Senior Accountant, providing guidance and support on complex accounting matters.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent discrepancies and safeguard assets.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and protect the organization's interests.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of audits, liaising with external auditors as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CIMA/SAIPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing senior-level staff.
  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions based on financial data.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
