Sales and Business Development Lead

Copeland is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our flow measurement products in South Africa and Southern African countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading sales and business development activities to meet or exceed our financial objectives.
Job Description- Lead sales, business development, and support project pursuit initiatives for flow measurement products in South Africa and Southern African countries.
- Develop and own the relevant BU strategic plan and key initiatives.
- Uncover growth opportunities and manage all sales opportunities in the market (customers, EPC's/OEM's/System Integrators) for flow products in South Africa and Southern African countries.
- Improve business group and customer happiness by understanding, communicating, and driving solutions to their needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience within the process control industry.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing with at least 3 years of field sales of flow metering products in relevant industries.
- A track record of business growth.
- Minimum of 5 years' interactive relationship with end-users, EPCs, engineering consultants.
- Coordination and negotiation skills.
