About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to join our team at Pezula Nature Retreat, a luxury hotel nestled in the picturesque Knysna area. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital performance marketing strategies to drive our online presence and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid search and social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Create compelling content aligned with our brand and engage with our global audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a CRM Campaign Manager or similar role, ideally in the property or hospitality sectors.
  • Relevant certifications from Google and Meta are required.
