Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Administrator to join their team on a temporary/potentially permanent basis.

The successful candidate will focus on handling administrative tasks related to body corporate management, including liaising with contractors, assisting with maintenance coordination, processing insurance claims, attending trustee meetings, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth property management.
  • Assist with maintenance coordination, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Process insurance claims, providing excellent customer service.
  • Attend trustee meetings, representing the company's interests.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring the company's reputation remains intact.
Requirements
  • Experience in WeConnectU and general computer literacy (Google Workspace).
  • Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
  • Ability to handle after-hours meetings and urgent maintenance issues when necessary.
Benefits

Based on market rates and the location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
