Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking an executive assistant to join our team at Omnia LTD in Gauteng, South Africa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Efficiency: Creating and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Procurement Management: Coordinating the creation, confirmation, and receipting of purchase orders, as well as ordering consumables.
  • Facilities Management: Overseeing the management of boardrooms, coffee machines, and attending to all facilities-related matters.
  • Inventory Management: Ordering, receiving, and issuing stock, maintaining an asset register of appliances and furniture, and providing detailed descriptions of assets.
  • Financial Management: Tracking existing assets, reporting depreciation, and processing sale and purchasing of assets in collaboration with finance.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Matric certificate and NQF 5 or NQF 6 in business administration (advantageous).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.

What We Offer: In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
