At Salesworx, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Salesperson to join our team in Cape Town.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to grow our client base and drive new opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing new business, conducting client consultations, preparing cost estimates, and managing projects from start to finish.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary of R20 000 - R25 000 per month, plus commission structure, cell phone allowance, and petrol allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing New Business: Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and provide expert advice on the best signage solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Project Management: Liaise with production and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide consistent updates to clients on project progress, ensuring they receive top-notch service and communication throughout.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably in the signage, construction, or related industries.
  • Technical Knowledge (Advantageous): Understanding of signage construction and materials is highly beneficial.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport, present effectively, and negotiate with clients.
  • Self-Driven and Motivated: You thrive on achieving sales targets and delivering results independently.
  • Own Transport: Must have reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings.
