Compensation and Benefits Administrator

Placement Point is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. This role involves leave management, general HR tasks, and other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Process fortnightly payroll with precision and attention to detail
• Manage employee leave and absence effectively
• Maintain accurate records of HR-related activities
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in payroll administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
