We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Expert to join our dynamic team at SolaVieve Technologies GmbH, a pioneering force in digital health and wellness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote working environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to users of our innovative Holisticly app.

The successful candidate will be the friendly face and problem-solving expert assisting users across multiple channels – chat, phone, and email – ensuring a seamless experience for every user. With a strong focus on personalized health solutions, you'll work closely with our technical and customer success teams to resolve complex queries and provide effective solutions.

About the Role
  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to booking inquiries and assist with scheduling health-related activities
  2. Guide users in navigating and understanding Holisticly's features
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues with the app and escalate when necessary
  4. Deliver prompt, clear, and empathetic support via live chat, phone calls, and email
  5. Analyze user issues and provide effective solutions
  6. Proactively identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to the app's functionality or user experience
  7. Work closely with the technical and customer success teams to resolve complex queries
  8. Share insights from user interactions to help enhance the app and its services
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially with tech or app-based platforms, is a plus
  • Availability to work USA hours
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls and chats
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus
