Master Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mixologist to join our team at Xabisa Human Capital Solutions in Durban.

• Mix and prepare signature cocktails for our discerning clientele
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Conduct stock takes and replenish stock as needed
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service

• 2-3 years of experience in mixology, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak both English and Afrikaans
• Ability to manage stress and deal with difficult customers
• Trustworthiness and reliability
• South African citizenship and a clear criminal record
• Grade 12 and a Bartender course

• Knowledge of how to pour from tap
• Own reliable transport
