Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Team as a Psychometry Talent Developer. In this role, you will have the chance to contribute to the growth and success of our company by supporting the Talent Assessment Specialist in managing the Assessment Centre and assisting with various talent assessment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action talent assessment and feedback requests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Engage and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the talent assessment process.
  • Manage candidates through the talent assessment process, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Set up candidates on required assessments via the talent assessment system, ensuring smooth onboarding and testing processes.
  • Track assessment completion and follow up with candidates when necessary, maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Download and share assessment reports with relevant stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Schedule assessment feedback sessions and track acceptance and attendance, ensuring effective communication and data capture.
  • Administer and oversee psychometric assessments, such as the Cognitive Process Profile (CPP), and other relevant tools as required, guaranteeing accurate and reliable results.
  • Under supervision, interpret assessment results, write assessment reports, and provide assessment feedback to relevant stakeholders, contributing to data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times, adhering to strict data protection protocols.
  • Update and maintain the talent assessment database and accurate records of candidate information and assessment results, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Monitor assessment usage and feedback sessions conducted monthly, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Assist with month-end billing, ensuring accurate financial reporting and cost allocation to relevant business units.
Estimated Salary

Roughly R250 000 - R350 000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
