Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze margins on open orders on a weekly basis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track factory credits for low-margin products and ensure that discount structures and pricing are authorized per the Delegation of Authority and contract.
  • Review transfer pricing on products and assist in setting up rebate structures for distributors.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A manager to compile budget templates for the Sales teams and review budget submissions for reasonability.
  • Input budget sales and orders onto financial systems and allocate sales and order budgets to product groups.
  • Calculate margins per product group and balance sheet and P&L budgeting.
  • Loading of budget and forecast data on Onestream.
  • Provide ad-hoc business support as requested and create systems and processes to streamline reporting and analysis on Power BI.

Requirements:

  • Completed CA(SA) or CIMA Qualification.
  • 5 years of experience within FP&A-focused roles.
  • 3 years of experience within Multinational companies.
  • Experience in business systems implementation.
  • Experience working on SAP/Iscala or OneStream.
  • Manufacturing experience would be beneficial.
