Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Financial Services.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting application logs and traces, resolving complex issues related to value-added services, modifying code, configuration changes, settlements, or reconciliation configuration issues. Additionally, they will create mechanisms to resolve day-to-day functions, manage client data, facilitate reporting, write documentation for created processes, analyze systems related to bugs and enhancements, implement solutions, monitor system health, provide possible solutions to business queries, and design systems for new clients.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Matric/Grade 12 qualification, a Diploma/Certificate in Information Systems or Computer Science, and at least 2 years of experience in application support within a highly pressurized environment. Required technical competencies include SQL, T-SQL, MSSQL, computer systems, shell scripting, and XML knowledge. Windows knowledge is advantageous. Behavioural competencies include the ability to work in high-pressure environments, independence when needed, and strong communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: R 300,000 - R 450,000 per annum.
