Job Title: Financial Portfolio Manager

The Recruitment Council seeks an experienced Wealth Manager (Hybrid) to join our team. As a key member of our collaborative unit, you will utilize a data-informed Integrated Advice approach to provide comprehensive long-term financial protection for high-net-worth clients.

About the Role:
  • Sales Performance:
    • You are responsible for meeting predetermined sales targets by identifying opportunities within the existing client base and advising on approved investment and risk solutions.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Educate clients on products and services to enhance client retention, increase sales revenue, and expand our client base.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning:
    • Analyze financial information gathered from clients to develop tailored financial plans or proposals using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Formulate proposals in areas such as cash management, risk assessment, investment planning, and estate planning to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Client Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports to clients in line with agreed service level agreements, ensuring high-quality and consistent advice that aligns with our investment philosophy.
  • Networking and Competitive Edge:
    • Contribute to maintaining a competitive advantage through external networking, benchmarking, and participation in relevant forums.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop networks and build alliances to strengthen internal support and enhance client offerings.
Requirements and Expectations:
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a graduate qualification in Finance, Investment, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Significant experience in delivering custom-built solutions for client wealth portfolios at a managerial level is essential.
    • Possession of CAT 1 licenses, with CAT 2 licenses as an advantage.
