Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Africa. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of the African market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilateral Relations: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and clients in the region.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in high-potential strategic markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve defined objectives.
  • Product Positioning: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective product positioning.
  • Solutions Optimization: Collaborate with cluster management and business development teams to optimize solutions for specific customers/markets.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing international sales and leading a sales team. An excellent understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and cultural nuances is essential.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
