Insurance Customer Service Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential services to elderly clients in qualifying for Medicare and social medicine services. Our company works with referrals from healthcare and legal professionals to help manage estates and ensure our clients receive the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with callers referred by healthcare and legal professionals to explain how our services work.
  • Collect and accurately input all necessary client information into our system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and guiding clients through the process.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday (with potential Sunday shifts).
  • Must have your own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • Reside in South Africa.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
