CRM Presales Consultant

A leading SaaS platform provider is seeking a skilled presales professional to collaborate with sales teams and drive business closures.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engagement, acquisition, and onboarding.
- Present and demonstrate product capabilities to key stakeholders.
- Create solution documents, business proposals, and respond to RFQs/RFPs.
- Develop optimal solutions by understanding customer needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and pitch them to clients based on their requirements.
- Gain knowledge of the competition landscape and provide feedback to product development and sales teams.
- Engage with technology, delivery, and partner teams to drive innovations and enhancements.
- Follow best practices and drive process efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and trainings.
- 2-4 years of experience in Pre-sales role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- High degree of expertise in making presentations and proposals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and quick prototyping skills.
- Good exposure and experience in creating business proposals and responding to RFQs/RFPs.
- Passionate about customer-facing roles.
- Ability to grasp new technologies and drive executions quickly.
- Good understanding of cloud-based platforms and SaaS applications.
- Excellent work ethics and team player.
