Primary Health Care Clinic Manager

Dis-Chem Pharmacies, a leading pharmacy and health retailer in South Africa, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Health Care Clinic Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and operating a profitable Primary Health Care Clinic located within a pharmacy.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and operate the Primary Health Care Clinic, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty, as well as increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments within Dis-Chem to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote cross-selling opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in General Nursing or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in practicing as a Primary Health Care Sister or equivalent.
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Knowledge of business operations and financial management.
- Experience in supervising and motivating a team.
