About this role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing sales performance, analysing trends, and adjusting tactics to maintain consistent growth. You will also be responsible for forecasting demand to ensure stock availability, managing stock levels and logistics, and negotiating orders with stores to optimize shelf space and product positioning.

Key requirements

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key account buyers
  • Experience in sales and key account management
  • Ability to motivate and support internal teams and outsourced partners in achieving ambitious sales targets and enhancing product awareness
  • Implementing initiatives that improve profitability and streamline processes for maximum efficiency and growth

Requirements and qualifications

  • Solid background in FMCG
  • Proficiency in stock management systems and demand forecasting tools
  • Strong computer literacy with a firm grasp of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and key account management
