Customer Service and Sales Representative
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German-speaking customer service representative to join our team in Northern Cape, South Africa. As an international contact centre, we pride ourselves on embodying our clients' brands and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Work on various work streams for a prestigious airline brand
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations departments in German and English languages
- Handle airline reservations systems and voice calls in English and German, including written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and expected client service levels
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (no wireless connections accepted)
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Fully paid 4-week training period
- Probation period of 4 months
- Competitive salary estimated at R300,000 - R400,000 per annum, depending on experience
Fully Remote work environment with flexible working hours
