DocFox is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Junior Business Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by taking ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead development to deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Nurture your pipeline effectively, focusing on flow and pace, and ensure constant projection to revenue target achievement.
- Meet with prospective clients to demo our product, using innovative approaches where required.
- Educate customers on our solution in a consultative way, resulting in successful negotiations and contracts submitted for signature.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including prospective clients, internal team members, and leadership team.
- Drive revenue growth, ensuring revenue target achievement.
Requirements:
- Completed Degree or currently studying one (commerce or technical).
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a passion for sales.
- Excellent presentation skills to individuals and groups.
- Proven experience in cold-calling and lead generation.
- Technology-focused and passionate about the benefits of technology for businesses.
- Ability to build new relationships quickly and generate new business from these.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently without micro-management but also a team player.
- Ideal candidate:
- A hunter, not a farmer, and thrives on finding and closing new business deals.
- Has some experience or knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Has sold computer software to businesses, preferably SaaS software.
- Humble confidence and an energy for excellence.
- Smart and a fast learner.
