Job Description

The purpose of this role is to oversee the operational financial activities and ensure effective management of cash flow positions. Key responsibilities include analysing financial indicators, managing procurement spend and B-BBEE compliance.

Duties
  • Develop and implement financial management strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to inform decision-making.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate financial information effectively.
  • Lead a team to prepare forecasts and budgets, and manage audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and statutory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (CA(SA)) and relevant experience.
  • A solid understanding of IFRS for SMEs and experience with tax and VAT.
  • Proficiency in MS packages and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join Network Recruitment as a Financial Operations Director. We are offering a competitive salary range of R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
