Job Title: Content Support Specialist for Educational Platforms

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Support Specialist to join our team at Jendamark. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch content support to our clients across various educational platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional content support: Assist clients in understanding complex concepts and navigating educational platforms with ease.
  • Foster strong relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients through effective communication and empathy.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform developments: Continuously update your knowledge on the latest features and best practices related to educational platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Meet client expectations: Exceed client satisfaction targets by consistently delivering high-quality support services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field: A formal tertiary education in Education or a related field is required.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in call centers or technical support, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (with additional languages such as IsiXhosa or IsiZulu) are essential.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in using computers and online learning platforms is necessary.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment are required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education / Teaching Jobs: Experience working with primary and high school learners is highly desirable.
  • Basic understanding of educational content: A basic understanding of primary and high school educational content across various subjects is required.
  • Technical knowledge: Knowledge of common technical issues related to online learning (e.g., connectivity, platform navigation) is advantageous.
