Multilingual Contact Centre Representative with Sales Focus

Black Pen Recruitment is excited to partner with an award-winning, multilingual contact centre that specialises in inbound customer support across multiple verticals. With strategically located centres in Fiji, South Africa, and Peru, and a work-from-home team in Namibia, this international client is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative.
As a key member of the team, you will be working with a prestigious airline brand, handling various work streams, and providing assistance to passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in French and English languages. Your daily interactions will involve resolving passenger queries and compliments in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and flexible individual who is fluent in French and has a strong desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role requires a native level fluency in French language (verbal and written), flexibility to work shifts, and a fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line at your own cost. You must also have a permanent residence permit/South African ID holder only.
The successful candidate will receive fully paid product and systems training, which will take place in-office for the first 15 weeks. After the training period, you will be working from home in Northern Cape, South Africa. The salary for this position is estimated to be around R180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.
Responsibilities:
- Handle various work streams for a prestigious airline brand
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in French and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and French, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and expected client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in French language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
Training and Support:
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- 4 weeks of fully paid training
- Probation period: 4 months
