Career Centre Facilitator

ADvTECH is a leading education and skills training company that seeks a Career Centre Facilitator to join their team. This role plays a vital part in implementing and administering the activities of the Career Centre, executing the customer experience programme on campus, and driving continuous improvement in student satisfaction and outcomes.
About the Role:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement, experiences, and employability.
- Co-ordinate feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvement in student satisfaction and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Relationship Support: Foster strong relationships with students, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Student Feedback and Complaint Handling: Effectively manage student feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and continuous improvement.
- Student Communication and Updates: Develop and disseminate communication materials to keep students informed about career opportunities and services.
Student Experience:
- Student Onboarding and Orientation: Design and deliver engaging onboarding and orientation programmes for new students.
- Customer Contact and Touchpoint Coordination: Manage customer contact points, ensuring seamless interactions and a positive experience.
Student Employability:
- On-Campus Employment Preparedness Facilitation: Provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to secure on-campus employment.
- Industry Collaboration and Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with industry partners to create job opportunities for students.
- Continuous Skills Development: Offer regular workshops and training sessions to enhance students' skills and employability.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer success, customer service, recruitment and placement or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing and administering customer success/service/engagement programmes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Advanced oral and written communication.
- Time management and planning.
- Willingness to learn.
- Customer service-focused.
- Target-driven with an ability to handle pressure.
Estimated Salary Range: R300,000 - R450,000 per annum.
