Job Title: Technical Support Administrator

Capital International Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Support Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements and CIL's quality standards.
  • Undertake and document an effective customer risk assessment in line with the appropriate risk rating of the account.
  • Collect and assess CDD / EDD in line with CIL's regulatory policy requirements.
  • Review and update client and introducer records to ensure their roles and relationships are accurately reflected on the system.
  • Liaise and respond to clients and introducers within the scope of project requirements.
  • Responsibility for initial vetting of new business applications and completion of the account opening process.
  • Assessment and validation of documentation provided as part of the onboarding process.
  • Active involvement in team and company projects to ensure regulatory adherence to AML CFT legislation.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level and/or AML or Compliance Qualification.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong client communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritize workloads based on customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate co-workers.
