We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator - Performance Management to join our team at Immploy.
About the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Provide first-line coordination of reports and evidence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, adhering to established protocols.
- Verify evidence and reporting, guaranteeing data integrity.
- Coordinate information to support internal and external audit processes, fostering transparency and accountability.
- Assist in resolving legislative queries, providing expert guidance and support.
- Offer research support to the team, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree, certificate, or diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Policy/Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least one year of working experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Policy/Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Exposure to performance management, with a strong understanding of its principles and practices.
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and presentation design.
