Job Title: Enterprise CX Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise CX Architect to join our team at CSG Recruit. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying complex customer experience (CX) solutions on an enterprise level.

About the Role:

This is a senior technical leadership role that requires a deep understanding of cloud telephony, conversational AI, and generative AI models. You will work closely with project management and development teams to design data flow from API calls, databases, and other technologies to fit into the design.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Digital Solution Architect role.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience designing and deploying CX solutions like CCaaS, Conversational AI, and Generative AI models.
• Overall, 16 years plus experience and Min 10 years of hands-on experience in designing CX solutions on an enterprise level or large-scale deployments.
• Strong expertise in CCaaS solutions like NICE, Genesys, and AWS.
• Strong Technical knowledge and experience in Node.JS, Kafka, Cloud Telephony with RT audio streaming and CTI integrations, JAVA, and Web Socket is a must.
• Extensive experience in both backend and frontend technology and framework e.g. Next.JS, Nest.JS, GraphQL, etc.
• Certification in Google/AWS Cloud or LEX/POLLY or Watson Conversational AI is an advantage.
