Requirements:


  2. 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design in a professional setting
  3. Certified training or a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Design)
  4. A strong portfolio showcasing case studies that highlight your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on project outcomes
  5. Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is highly desirable
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
