About the Role

Talent Sam is a leading platform for AI-powered eCommerce Personalization. We're seeking a driven Ecommerce Sales Growth Specialist to join our team and help us expand our presence in the market.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth. You'll conduct research on target markets and industries, execute a multi-faceted prospecting plan through research and outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn), and target eCommerce Managers, SMB owners, and Digital Marketing Managers. Your goal will be to achieve monthly KPIs while developing a deep understanding of the eCommerce industry and the Shopify ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify new business opportunities by researching target markets and industries.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Execute a multi-faceted prospecting plan through research and outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn).
  • Target Key Decision Makers: Target eCommerce Managers, SMB owners, and Digital Marketing Managers.
  • Achieve Monthly KPIs: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage CRM: Update and manage communications in HubSpot CRM.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the eCommerce industry and the Shopify ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2+ years experience as an SDR or BDR in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ecommerce SaaS Sales: Advantage: experience in ecommerce SaaS sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Motivation: Motivated to work in a goal-driven environment.
  • Independence: A self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Competitive Spirit: Highly driven with a competitive spirit and a strong will to win.
  • Digital Literacy: Be digitally savvy and highly computer literate.
  • B2B SaaS Experience: Experience working in a fast-growth B2B SaaS environment - advantage.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with tools including Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Concert.
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
