About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd to expand our commercial operations in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to grow revenue from existing and new sales opportunities.
  • Drive net new revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and position our company as a valued partner.
  • Facilitate ideation and problem-solving sessions with clients to optimize business growth.
  • Maintain market and competitor awareness to identify opportunities and maximize penetration.
  • Research clients' businesses to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
  • Engage in dialogue with clients to share insights and articulate customer value drivers.
  • Interact with clients across all levels to build successful relationships.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma with proven solution selling experience in the telecommunication sector.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in consultative selling and business development.
  • Relevant industry experience in B2B wholesale.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing key account plans.
  • Eagerness to learn complex solutions to enable successful development of sales opportunities.
