Fibre Wholesale Business Development Executive

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd to expand our commercial operations in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to grow revenue from existing and new sales opportunities.
- Drive net new revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and position our company as a valued partner.
- Facilitate ideation and problem-solving sessions with clients to optimize business growth.
- Maintain market and competitor awareness to identify opportunities and maximize penetration.
- Research clients' businesses to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Engage in dialogue with clients to share insights and articulate customer value drivers.
- Interact with clients across all levels to build successful relationships.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma with proven solution selling experience in the telecommunication sector.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in consultative selling and business development.
- Relevant industry experience in B2B wholesale.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing key account plans.
- Eagerness to learn complex solutions to enable successful development of sales opportunities.
